TERMS CONTAIN DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITIES. THESE TERMS FORM AN
ESSENTIAL BASIS OF OUR AGREEMENT.

applications (collectively, the “Website”), which are owned and maintained by GlowGreen, are governed by
the policies, terms, and conditions set forth below.
By accessing, using, or placing an order over the Website, you agree to the terms set forth herein. If you do
not agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to use the Website in any
manner or form whatsoever.
THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS THAT WAIVE YOUR
RIGHT TO A COURT HEARING, RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
ARBITRATION IS MANDATORY AND IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY AND ALL DISPUTES UNLESS
SPECIFIED BELOW OR IF YOU OPT-OUT.
Introductory Offer & Recurring Billing
By placing an order through the Website, you acknowledge and agree to the following pricing and billing
terms: Your initial purchase is offered at a special introductory price of $14.95 for a 2-bottle bundle. This
introductory price is valid for a period of 24 hours from the time of purchase. After the 24-hour introductory
period expires, you will be automatically charged $149.00 for the 2-bottle bundle. Thereafter, you will be
charged $149.00 every 30 days on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription. You may
cancel at any time before the next billing cycle by contacting us at support@tryglowgreen.com. Cancellation
requests must be received before the next scheduled charge date to avoid being billed for the following
period. No refunds will be issued for charges already processed unless otherwise required by applicable law
or covered under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. Website Use
By using the Website and agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in
your state or province of residence. If you use the Website, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to
enter into a binding contract with us, have read this Agreement, and understand and agree to its terms.
2. Privacy & Security Disclosure

incorporated into these Terms by reference and constitutes a part of these Terms.
3. General Conditions
All aspects of our Website are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other
intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership or other rights by downloading or using the
Website or any material on it. You agree not to use or attempt to use the Website or any products or
services in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose. GlowGreen reserves the right to terminate your
access to the Website if it determines that you do not comply with these Terms.
4. Products Sold for Personal Use Only
You agree that any products purchased from GlowGreen will be used for personal, non-commercial use and
will not be resold, redistributed, modified, or exported. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in
our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
5. No Medical Advice; Accuracy of Information
The material on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not intended as
medical advice or as a substitute for seeking advice from a qualified healthcare provider. The statements on
this Website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. You should consult your
healthcare provider before using any information provided. We do not guarantee that you will accomplish

7. Payment
All charges are in U.S. Dollars. By submitting payment information, you represent and agree that you are
authorized to use the payment method, the information is accurate, you are responsible for any payment
card fees, and sufficient funds exist. We are not responsible for fees your bank or card issuer may apply.
8. Order Placement and Acceptance
Your order confirmation does not signify our acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or deny shipment
for any reason. If denied, you will receive a refund to the original payment method. If we offer subscription
options, you authorize recurring billing at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. To cancel or

9. Shipping
GlowGreen ships to many locations internationally depending on availability. Accurate shipping address and
phone number are necessary. We are not responsible for delays or missing shipments if incorrect
information is provided. For order changes or cancellations before shipment, contact:

10. Delivery Confirmation
Carrier delivery confirmation is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the cardholder, even without a
signature.
11. Money-Back Guarantee / Returns
GlowGreen offers a 90-day return policy on eligible purchases from the date you receive your order, subject
to the terms outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy on the

Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS PROVIDED ARE PROVIDED ON AN
"AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GLOWGREEN OR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS,
DIRECTORS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND/OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR
RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE PRIVACY POLICY, THE PRODUCTS, OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR
PRODUCTS. IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, GLOWGREEN IS FOUND LIABLE UNDER ANY THEORY,
GLOWGREEN'S LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WILL BE LIMITED TO USD $500.00.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to binding, final, and
confidential arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association
("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. This arbitration provision is governed by the Federal
Arbitration Act ("FAA"). The arbitrator shall apply the applicable substantive law of the State of Wyoming.
The arbitrator may only resolve disputes between you and GlowGreen and may not hear class or
representative claims.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of the date you purchased a product or service by
sending a letter stating your name, the product purchased, and your intent to opt out to: GlowGreen – Attn:

Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GlowGreen and its
affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from and
against claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
Electronic Communications
You agree we may communicate electronically and that such communications have the same effect as
written communications.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms. GlowGreen may transfer its rights and obligations as
part of a merger, sale, or transfer of assets.
Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms and policies referenced
form the entire agreement between you and GlowGreen.
