Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Timeline

We estimate 7 business days for delivery within the United States. The total delivery time is the sum of processing time plus shipping time. Orders ship Monday through Friday only.

Shipping Options

Free Shipping: Available on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, customs inspections, or address errors. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

International Shipping

At this time, Goldie Jewelry ships within the United States only. We are unable to accommodate international orders.
