Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@goldiejewelry.com. After this window, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.
Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as such on the product page)
Restocking Fee
A $7 USD restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the product upon inspection. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@goldiejewelry.com with the subject line "Return Request - Order #[your order number]." We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours. Please do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may be rejected.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
